Conversion & Expansion of a Passenger Car Plant (Multi-Project, approx. €300 million)

Construction project management and leadership of construction management for a multi-project (6 subprojects) during ongoing operations: hall conversions (assembly, body shop, paint shop, logistics), demolition and reorganization of buildings, protection and safeguarding of adjacent facilities and critical infrastructure. Focus on safe construction phases, production continuity, and interface management (technology upgrade incl. body shop manufacturing cells/cubes and assembly modernization).
