Battery Cell Production – Onsite Hook-up Engineering (On-Site Project Stabilization)

Short-term assignment to stabilize interface coordination between building, MEP, and process/production equipment (“hook-up”). Establishment of an on-site coordination mode, clarification of responsibilities, prioritization of critical connections, and realignment of planning and execution logic for commissioning preparation.
